About this event
60 min This class incorporates both aerial silks and aerial hammock (aerial sling). Aerial Silks has two tails of fabric. Aerial Hammock, also known as aerial sling, has a closed loop of fabric. In this class, you will learn acrobatic and dance movements suspended from soft fabric. This all levels class will focus on foundational skills, building strength and gaining flexibility and mobility. Recommended attire: clothing that covers legs and torso Please, no jewelry (rings, bracelets, necklaces, etc.) as it can damage the material.
