Being the first in your family to attend college can change the trajectory of a life—and a family.
This year, Chattanooga State’s Dinner of Firsts honors Rick Honeycutt, a Lakeview High School graduate who became the first in his family to attend college and later enjoyed a remarkable Major League Baseball career.
Since 2012, Dinner of Firsts has raised more than $1 million in scholarships for first-generation college students. Join us Nov. 12 at The Chattanoogan Hotel as we celebrate this milestone and invest in the next generation of firsts.
