This year, Thankful for Pies is getting a chocolate-filled twist! Instead of focusing on traditional pie-making techniques, we’re bringing you new skills that will make your Thanksgiving dessert truly stand out.

In this hands-on class, you’ll create a decadent Chocolate Mousse Tort while learning techniques for working with chocolate and decorating like a pro. You’ll make a rich Chocolate Ganache, create delicate Chocolate Filigree, and craft beautiful Fondant Leaves to give your finished pie an elegant fall-inspired look.
