About this event
Join fellow readers and curious minds for a three-part discussion of The Oresteia by ancient Greek playwright Aeschylus at Inklings Bookstore in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Led by Audrey Haley, Lee University alumna and co-founder of Lee’s Center for Responsible Citizenship, this special seminar series invites community members to explore one of the great works of classical literature through thoughtful conversation and shared discovery.
Rather than a traditional lecture, each session focuses on discussing the text together, exchanging ideas and exploring the questions and themes that have made The Oresteia relevant for centuries.
No previous experience with ancient Greek literature is necessary. Just bring your curiosity, an open mind and a willingness to join the conversation!
