Ooltewah Farmers Market invites the community to join us for a special Thanksgiving market on TUESDAY, November 25th. (We will be closed on our normal market day, Thursday, for Thanksgiving.) Get the freshest possible foods for your Thanksgiving table and those lazy holiday breakfasts. Lots of farm-fresh holiday foods will be available for your Thanksgiving tables such as sweet potatoes, various greens, artisan cheeses, home baked pies, pumpkins & winter squashes, breads, gourmet mushrooms, eggs, lots of baked goods, vegetarian/vegan items, grass-fed meats (beef, pork, chicken, mutton), local honey, locally roasted coffees, microgreens, candies such as fudge and toffee, locally milled organic flours & cornmeal, etc. and more. This will be a BIG market day! We will send an email listing which of our farms and food artisans will be here, what all each will have, and much more. A Word To The Wise... This special edition of OFM is extremely busy and many items can and will sell out. Pre-ordering in advance is definitely the smart way to go. When you reserve items in advance, they will be bagged and waiting for you to pick up no matter what time you arrive,...even if you arrive right at 5:00 pm. So there is no worry about selling out. This takes the pressure off of you. The information on how to place preorders varies with each vendor. Most vendors do accept preorders, but not all. Each vendor's listing in our weekly eNewsletter will list how to place orders with them.

Stay in the loop... Because OFM is a True agricultural market with locally food only, that means seasonal eating. You are buying your groceries directly from the farm or artisan that grew or made it. Parking Information park in front of the Nursery and walk through the building to the market area in the back. That is the closest. Overflow parking is available behind the Bulk Items Bins behind the nursery. Handicap parking is available (with tag or placard) immediately adjacent to the market area.
